Order Information

Orders can be easily placed online via the shopping cart on our homepage. For telephone orders, we are available from Monday to Thursday from 8.30 to 16.00 CET, and on Friday from 8.30 to 15.00 CET. In addition, it is possible to place orders by fax on 0271 2385311 or by e-mail at sales@atto-tec.com.

For orders by fax or e-mail, please provide the following information:

  • Customer number (New customers will receive a customer number with their first order.)
  • Name of customer
  • Tel./fax and e-mail
  • Delivery address
  • Invoice address
  • Your order number
  • Catalog number(s)
  • Product description
  • Quantity, package size and price
  • VAT number


Prices

On our website you will always find the current prices. These are valid in EURO (EUR) plus VAT/sales tax and shipping charges. Country-specific customs and other fees (non-EU countries and non-European countries) may be added. To display prices in US$, please go to the language/country context menu and select US$ under "Change currency".
