Shipment and Delivery

No minimum order value is required. The cost of shipping depends on the country of destination.

General
  • Delivery against invoice* (subject to advance payment in individual cases) or Credit Card payment
  • for order values of 1000 EURO or higher, delivery is free of charge
  • Insured courier delivery

 

Germany
  • 15 EUR shipping charges
  • Time of delivery: 1-2 working days

 

Europe – EU
  • 30 EUR shipping charges
  • Time of delivery: 2-3 working days

 

USA, Canada
  • 35 EUR shipping charges
  • Time of delivery: 3-5 working days
  • Freight handling fees and customs duties

 

All other countries
  • 50 EUR shipping charges
  • Time of delivery: 3-5 working days
  • Freight handling fees and customs duties


Shipment

All shipments are insured via courier. We ship exclusively with FedEx. For shipments on your own FedEx account, please provide your account details.  
 

Delivery Times

For products out of stock you will receive a notification of the estimated shipping date. Otherwise, the delivery times stated above apply.
