ATTO-TEC GmbH offers its customers high-quality fluorescent labels and dyes for marking biomolecules. In order to ensure a constant product quality, we continuously carry out adequate quality controls.
 

Therefore, we guarantee that our products are delivered in accordance with the product specifications valid at the time of sale - as described in the product documentation, the certificate of analysis and/or the enclosed operating instructions. Our products are exclusively intended for research and may only be used by properly trained individuals. Improper storage and handling of our products can lead to a significant deterioration in product quality.
 

Should our products nevertheless give cause for complaint, please contact us immediately. In order to process your complaint quickly and satisfactorily and to be able to offer an optimum solution, we need comprehensive information.
 

If possible, please provide the following details: Catalogue number, lot number / vial number, delivery date / delivery note number, product storage (temperature, with / without additives, aliquoting, solvents) and use (working instructions, reaction conditions such as pH value, temperature, incubation time, separation, etc.). In this way are we able to suggest suitable measures or, if appropriate, offer you uncomplicated replacements.
