ATTO-Dyes with a Large Stokes-Shift

ATTO TEC presents two newly developed fluorescent labels with an extraordinary large Stokes-shift of up to 165 nm! The dyes are ideal for multiplexing experiments where the large Stokes-shift minimizes fluorescence bleed-through between the detection channels.
Both dyes are very hydrophilic and exhibit high fluorescence quantum yield. Contrary to many common fluorescent markers, this is even the case after the dyes have been coupled to a biological substrate, e.g. a protein, at high degrees of labeling (DOL).
The dyes are available with free carboxy group, as NHS-ester, maleimide, and azide. In addition, conjugates of streptavidin and phalloidin are provided.
